  • calmness and emotional regulation
  • skills for managing stress
  • mother and partner confidence and skills ready for the experience of birthing
  • communication skills
  • compassion for self, partner and baby

  Participants will also

  • Learn to engage the mind and body to work with pain during birthing
  • Become more aware of our approach to parenting
