Jill is an emotional fitness consultant in
her Performance Enhancement Consultancy.
Jill is also Adjunct Senior Research Fellow at Monash University, Victoria
Jill has a background in nursing,
education, management, research and clinical practice.
She has delivered
mindfulness education to nurses and tutored medical students in mindfulness at
Jill runs group mindfulness programs for partners and
children of Defence Force personnel, and within organisations. She also works
with individual clients.
Having recently completed research with pregnant women into the effects of mindfulness training on
maternal stress, depressed mood and present moment awareness, compared to a
pregnancy support program, Jill offers these programs to pregnant couples and continues to be involved in mindfulness
Jill provides individual consultations for adults and children, and develops workshops to support emotional wellbeing and resilience.

Journeywork included using the tools of mindfulness, introspection, guided imagery and the Enneagram.
